Lo que hará

  • Patrullar todas las áreas de la propiedad y ayudar a los huéspedes con el acceso a su habitación
  • Supervisar las fuentes de seguridad y realizar inspecciones diarias de peligros físicos
  • Responder ante accidentes y ayudar a los huéspedes/empleados durante situaciones de emergencia
  • Calmar a los huéspedes que causen disturbios y acompañar a las personas para que salgan de la propiedad, si es necesario
  • Realizar investigaciones, reunir evidencia y posibilitar entrevistas con las partes relevantes
  • Completar los informes del turno requeridos y mantener la confidencialidad de todos los documentos de prevención de pérdidas
