Job Description

Operar y mantener los equipos y herramientas de limpieza, incluyendo la máquina lavavajillas, estaciones para lavar a mano, estación para fregar ollas y el compactador de basura. Lavar y desinfectar el área de la cocina y cuarto de almacenaje, las mesas, los utensilios, los cuchillos y el equipo. Recibir entregas, guardar los productos perecederos debidamente y hacer rotar las existencias. Asegurarse de que la vajilla limpia esté guardada en las áreas apropiadas. Usar productos químicos detergentes, desinfectantes y de enjuague en el fregadero de 3 compartimientos para lavar la vajilla. Inspeccionar, sacar y apilar los artículos limpios, enviar los artículos sucios de regreso para que vuelvan a ser fregados y lavados. Colocar todos los artículos en las rejillas y aplicarles agua caliente con atomizador para aflojar y eliminar los restos de comida. Clasificar, remojar y lavar/volver a lavar la cubertería. Clasificar y separar los recipientes para artículos sucios. Vaciar los cubos de basura y dar mantenimiento al área de depósito de basura. Limpiar y trapear todas las áreas en los departamentos asignados. Desechar el vidrio en los contenedores adecuados. Romper las cajas de cartón y otros objetos reciclables y ponerlos en el contenedor de reciclaje. Obedecer todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar al gerente sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo peligrosas, completar el entrenamiento y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Proteger los bienes de la compañía. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con otras personas y apoyar al equipo para lograr las metas comunes. Asegurarse del cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras (22,5 Kg) o menos. Estar de pie, sentado o caminar durante períodos prolongados. Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Efectuar otros tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
