Bij Martens & Brijs draait alles om mensen. Al 25 jaar helpen we bedrijven bij het vinden van talent dat écht past – van professionals en managers tot C-level profielen. Of het nu gaat om werving & selectie, executive search of assessments: wij zorgen dat talent en organisaties elkaar vinden. Vanuit Gent en onze flexkantoren in Diegem en Roeselare schakelen we dagelijks met klanten en kandidaten. We houden van een no-nonsense aanpak en van professionele, directe en heldere communicatie. Voor ons team zoeken we een Junior Recruitment Consultant die aan de start van zijn of haar carrière staat, enthousiast is om te leren en vol energie mee wil bouwen aan ons verhaal.

Jouw functie

Als Junior Recruitment Consultant stap je mee in ons team en ontdek je hoe recruitment écht werkt. Je ondersteunt de collega’s waar nodig, springt flexibel bij in dossiers en leert alles stap voor stap. Zo kan je vanaf dag één een zichtbaar verschil maken en snel groeien in je rol.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je gaat mee naar klanten, helpt bij het opstellen van functieprofielen en denkt mee over wervingsstrategieën en het posten van vacatures.
  • Jouw grootste uitdaging? De juiste kandidaat vinden. Met onze databank, LinkedIn en sociale media zoek je de perfecte match.
  • Binnenkomende cv's analyseer je zorgvuldig, je voert telefonische screenings en je volgt kandidaten nauwgezet op.
  • Je woont interviews bij en leert hoe je op termijn zelf in de lead kan staan. Je maakt klantendossiers op en je verzorgt alle communicatie en opvolging.
  • Je pakt projecten enthousiast vast – van sociale media en employer branding tot het verbeteren van recruitmentprocessen – en brengt je eigen ideeën in de praktijk.
  • Bij alles wat je doet, houden we rekening met jouw talenten, interesses en ambities, zodat je zichtbaar bijdraagt, veel leert en snel groeit in je rol.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma en hebt goesting om je eerste stappen in recruitment te zetten.
  • Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig en vindt het tof om te ontdekken wat mensen en ondernemers drijft. Intuïtief voel je goed aan wat iemand nodig heeft.
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen en communiceert helder en vriendelijk. Je durft vragen te stellen om dingen beter te begrijpen.
  • Talent vinden via LinkedIn, sociale media en andere digitale kanalen doe je met plezier en creativiteit.
  • Als enthousiaste teamspeler help je graag collega’s en duik je vol energie in elk project dat een extra handje kan gebruiken.
  • Nederlands beheers je perfect. Spreek je ook Frans en/of Engels? Dan ben je nóg breder inzetbaar in onze projecten.
