Maslow Group, c’est un groupe de restauration engagé, qui bouscule les codes avec une cuisine végétarienne ultra créative et des lieux où on se sent bien !

On a aujourd’hui quatre établissements : deux Maslow (petites assiettes à partager très cuisinées) et deux Fellows (pâtes fraîches maison hors des sentiers battus), chacun avec sa personnalité mais tous portés par les mêmes valeurs et l’envie de prouver qu’on peut faire des restaurants qui cartonnent mais qui aident vraiment la planète

Descriptif du poste

Vous travaillez sous la direction des managers et du directeur du restaurant Vous effectuez le service en salle du restaurant de la préparation de la salle jusqu’au départ du client, en passant par l’accueil, le service à table, l’encaissement et les opérations de nettoyage.

Vos missions sont les suivantes:

CULTURE ET AMBIANCE

  • Vous insufflez votre style et votre personnalité dans notre service et c’est aussi pour cela qu’on se souvient de son repas chez MASLOW
  • Vous savez vous adapter à tout type de clientèle, parisienne comme touristique, jeune et moins jeune et savez mettre tout le monde à l’aise, avec style et courtoisie
  • Vous savez vendre, vous développez intelligemment le chiffre et la clientèle

OPÉRATION

  • Artisan d’un service irréprochable, vous accueillez les clients, expliquez le concept et le menu. Vous savez parler des boissons et les faire goûter si nécessaire
  • Vous contribuez à l’ouverture ou la fermeture du restaurant, notamment en termes de rangement et de nettoyage.
  • Vous maitrisez le logiciel de prise de commande et de caisse. Vous encaissez et clôturez les caisses.

Concrètement

  • CDI, temps partiel 20h/25h. Semaine de 4 ou 5 jours de travail et priorité aux continues
  • Rémunération à partir de 14,4k€ brut (20h) + variable significatif indexé sur les ventes additionnelles de boissons et de desserts + pourboires

Profil recherché

Vous adorez votre métier et vous aimez les gens - les clients aussi bien que les équipes. Conscient des enjeux environnementaux, vous pensez que la restauration doit se transformer afin d’avoir un impact positif. Efficace et organisé, vous avez une bonne humeur communicative qui inspire les équipes et montre l’exemple.

Les qualités nécessaires pour ce poste sont :

  • Expérience en service à table
  • Rigueur et organisation naturelle.
  • Ouverture d’esprit, tolérance, réflexe d’inclusion et d’équité…
  • Esprit positif, bonne gestion du stress, résilience et capacité à dialoguer de manière constructive et rationnellement quelle que soit la situation
  • Curiosité et envie d’apprendre, humilité
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • Anglais et français fluide
