Principais Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar a adequação e execução do Plano de Qualidade da Obra (PQO) em cada projeto.
  • Trabalhar junto à engenharia da obra na criação e atualização do PQO.
  • Desenvolver planos de acompanhamento para serviços críticos não inclusos nos Serviços Controlados pelo SGQ.
  • Colaborar com a engenharia/projetos na identificação de interferências no processo produtivo devido à carência de detalhamento de projetos.
  • Propor melhorias nos processos relacionados à qualidade do produto.
  • Acompanhar a execução e liberação dos serviços controlados/críticos nas obras.
  • Supervisionar o processo de registro de dados do SGQ, garantindo entendimento e fiscalização eficaz dos serviços.
  • Analisar e tratar Não Conformidades registradas nas Fichas de Verificação de Serviços (FVSs), encaminhando ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Identificar e desenvolver novos procedimentos e verificações de serviços conforme as especificidades de cada contrato.
  • Garantir a adequação dos procedimentos existentes às normas e à melhoria contínua na produção.
  • Aplicar treinamentos sobre procedimentos junto à mão de obra nas obras.
  • Promover a Política da Qualidade entre as equipes.
  • Coletar e organizar toda a documentação necessária para a entrega do Data Book do empreendimento.
  • Elaborar o Manual de Uso e Manutenção do empreendimento em parceria com a área de Projetos.
  • Criar checklists em conjunto com o cliente para a entrega da obra.
  • Gerenciar processos para obtenção de Certificação LEED, quando aplicável.
  • Participar de auditorias internas e externas.
  • Formação em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em atividades relacionadas à Qualidade, preferencialmente em obras.
  • Experiência com obras de ampliação de aeroportos.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, colaborando e contribuindo com ideias inovadoras.
  • Proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Disponibilidade para residir e trabalhar em Montes Claros/MG.
  • Necessário residir em Porto Belo, Balneário Camboriú ou região próxima.
