Principais Responsabilidades

  • Planejar, coordenar e supervisionar as atividades de produção, garantindo cumprimento de prazos, metas e padrões de qualidade;
  • Coordenar equipes de campo em todas as fases do empreendimento;
  • Monitorar e controlar recursos produtivos (mão de obra, equipamentos e materiais);
  • Acompanhar metas diárias de execução e produtividade das frentes de serviço;
  • Realizar medições de serviços executados por subcontratados;
  • Identificar desvios operacionais e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Analisar e otimizar processos construtivos, visando ganho de eficiência e redução de custos;
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da produção;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações técnicas;
  • Participar de reuniões com a gerência, propondo melhorias e ajustes nos processos.
  • Formação superior em Engenharia Civil;
  • Experiência em execução de obras na construção civil;
  • Vivência com gestão de equipes de campo;
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos;
  • Experiência com controle de produtividade e qualidade.
