Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Coordenar e orientar a equipe de Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos e normas de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Coordenar os processos de liberação de empresas, colaboradores e atividades;
  • Acompanhar atividades críticas e garantir que estejam devidamente documentadas e autorizadas antes do início;
  • Fazer a interface direta com a Gerenciadora, buscando agilidade nas análises, liberações e tratativas;
  • Acompanhar pendências de documentação e planos de ação, garantindo os respectivos prazos de regularização;
  • Realizar reuniões periódicas com Produção, Engenharia e demais áreas para alinhamento das demandas de SST;
  • Acompanhar empresas terceirizadas e orientar quanto ao cumprimento dos requisitos de Segurança;
  • Atuar preventivamente na identificação de riscos e desvios no canteiro;
  • Apoiar a Gerência da obra na tomada de decisões relacionadas à Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Garantir que as equipes estejam devidamente orientadas e treinadas para execução das atividades;
  • Acompanhar inspeções, auditorias, notificações e tratativas junto às partes envolvidas;
  • Garantir organização e atualização dos controles e indicadores de SST.
  • Formação como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho ou Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Experiência em coordenação ou liderança de equipes de SST;
  • Experiência em obras de médio ou grande porte;
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e legislação aplicável;
  • Experiência com gestão de empresas terceirizadas;
  • Experiência com controle documental, integrações e liberações de atividades;

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Perfil de liderança, organização, negociação e resolução de conflitos;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em campo e acompanhamento das demandas da obra.

Local de Atuação: Jundiaí (São Paulo) Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.
