O Encarregado de Obras é responsável por supervisionar e coordenar as atividades executadas no canteiro de obras, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma, a qualidade dos serviços e a correta utilização dos materiais e equipamentos. Atua na distribuição das tarefas, orientação das equipes e acompanhamento das etapas da construção, assegurando o cumprimento dos projetos, das normas técnicas e dos procedimentos de segurança do trabalho.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar e orientar as equipes de trabalhores da construção civil que atuam no canteiro de obras.
  • Orienta sobre especificação, fluxo e movimentação dos materiais e sobre medidas de segurança dos locais e equipamentos da obra;
  • Trabalhar em conformidade com normas e procedimentos técnicos e de qualidade, segurança, higiene, saúde e preservação ambiental.
  • Distribuir tarefas e acompanhar a execução dos serviços conforme o cronograma.
  • Garantir a qualidade dos serviços executados, de acordo com projetos e especificações técnicas.
  • Controlar o uso de materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos, evitando desperdícios.
  • Acompanhar a produtividade da equipe e reportar o andamento dos serviços à gestão da obra.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho e o uso adequado dos EPIs.
  • Identificar problemas na execução e propor soluções para evitar atrasos e retrabalhos.
  • Conferir materiais recebidos e solicitar reposições conforme a necessidade.
  • Manter o canteiro de obras organizado e em condições adequadas de segurança.
  • Apoiar a leitura e interpretação de projetos, plantas e especificações técnicas.
  • Auxiliar no planejamento das atividades e na integração entre equipes e fornecedores.
  • Ensino fundamental ou médio completo, conforme exigência da empresa.
  • Experiência comprovada como encarregado de obras ou em função similar.
  • Conhecimento em processos construtivos, materiais e ferramentas de construção civil.
  • Capacidade de liderar equipes e distribuir atividades.
  • Conhecimento básico de leitura e interpretação de projetos.
  • Comprometimento com prazos, qualidade e segurança do trabalho.
  • Boa comunicação, organização, responsabilidade e proatividade.
  • Diferenciais: cursos na área de construção civil, conhecimento em planejamento de obras e experiência em gestão de equipes.
