ANALISTA SENIOR DE CONTABILIDAD Y ADMINISTRACIÓN

Boulogne · Zona Norte GBA

Para una PyME industrial en crecimiento, buscamos un/a Analista Senior de Contabilidad y Administración, con perfil contable generalista y experiencia en la gestión integral de los procesos del área.

La posición combina tareas contables, administrativas, impositivas y financieras, con participación directa en la operatoria diaria y en la elaboración de información para la Dirección. Nos orientamos a una persona organizada, analítica y con autonomía para desenvolverse en un entorno PyME.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Llevar adelante registros contables, conciliaciones bancarias, análisis de cuentas y mantenimiento de saldos.
  • Realizar cierres y balances mensuales, elaborar reportes de gestión y preparar información para el balance.
  • Gestionar liquidaciones impositivas y obligaciones fiscales: IVA, IIBB, SICORE, retenciones, percepciones y tasas municipales, entre otras.
  • Gestionar la liquidación de sueldos, novedades, cargas sociales, obligaciones sindicales y libros de sueldos.
  • Analizar costos estándar y reales, rentabilidad y valuación de inventarios.
  • Administrar pagos y tesorería, incluyendo órdenes de pago, cheques y caja chica.
  • Gestionar facturación, remitos, cobranzas y cuentas corrientes de clientes.
  • Realizar controles de crédito y verificar las condiciones comerciales acordadas.

Requisitos

  • Estudios universitarios en Contador Público, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines —requisito excluyente—. Se valorará especialmente la formación en Contador Público.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en PyMEs industriales.
  • Experiencia práctica en distintos procesos contables y administrativos, con una visión integral del área.
  • Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y autonomía para gestionar prioridades.
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales para trabajar con las distintas áreas de la empresa.
