Back Office Comercial

Desde mauro&hulten nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Back Office Comercial para incorporarse al área de Administración Comercial y Ventas de una empresa cliente.

Orientamos la búsqueda a personas con experiencia en administración de ventas, capacidad de organización y vocación de servicio, que disfruten del contacto con clientes y del trabajo coordinado con diferentes sectores.

¿Cuál será tu principal desafío?

Brindar soporte al equipo comercial y gestionar el seguimiento de las operaciones, desde la recepción del pedido hasta su entrega y facturación, asegurando la precisión de la información y una comunicación fluida entre clientes, vendedores y áreas internas.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Recibir, cargar y controlar pedidos y órdenes de compra, verificando productos, cantidades, precios y condiciones comerciales.
  • Preparar cotizaciones y realizar su seguimiento.
  • Coordinar con Producción y Logística la disponibilidad de productos y las fechas de entrega.
  • Dar seguimiento a pedidos pendientes e informar oportunamente posibles demoras o desvíos.
  • Atender consultas de clientes y gestionar el seguimiento de reclamos.
  • Verificar la información necesaria para facturar y gestionar el envío de facturas, remitos y documentación comercial, incluyendo su carga en portales de clientes.
  • Mantener actualizados los datos y las gestiones en el sistema de gestión o CRM.
  • Elaborar reportes de pedidos, cotizaciones y operaciones pendientes.

Requisitos

  • Secundario completo. Se valorarán estudios en Administración, Comercialización, Logística o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de dos años en administración de ventas, back office o atención comercial, preferentemente en empresas industriales.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel: filtros, fórmulas de búsqueda y tablas dinámicas.
  • Experiencia en sistemas de gestión y manejo de documentación comercial: órdenes de compra, remitos, facturas y notas de crédito.
  • Capacidad para interpretar códigos de producto, unidades de medida y especificaciones técnicas básicas.
  • Buena comunicación oral y escrita.

Buscamos una persona metódica, responsable y resolutiva, con atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar varias operaciones en simultáneo. Valoramos el compromiso con el seguimiento de cada pedido, la orientación al cliente y el criterio para anticipar inconvenientes y coordinar soluciones con el equipo.
