Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen zuverlässig laufen und unsere Kleiderbügel in gleichbleibend hoher Qualität gefertigt werden. Bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung und -einstellung ein und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams!

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung, Einrichtung und Einstellung von Maschinen und Anlagen in der Kleiderbügelfertigung
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Maschinenlaufs
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an der produzierten Ware
  • Erkennen, Eingrenzen und Beheben von Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten und kleineren Reparaturen an Produktionsanlagen, Maschinen und Betriebsmitteln

Ihr Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung bzw. Maschineneinstellung in einem Produktionsbetrieb, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf ist wünschenswert; bei entsprechender Berufserfahrung ist auch ein Quereinstieg möglich
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Pneumatik und Elektropneumatik sind von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Maschinen selbstständig einzurichten und Störungen zu erkennen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
