Als Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) verantworten Sie den Einkauf bei MAWA eigenständig und stellen eine zuverlässige und termingerechte Materialversorgung sicher. Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle operativen Einkaufsthemen und betreuen unsere Lieferanten im Tagesgeschäft. In dieser eigenständigen Position arbeiten Sie eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie den Bereichen Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Vertrieb zusammen. Kurze Entscheidungswege, viel Eigenverantwortung und ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet zeichnen die Position aus.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Verantwortung für den operativen Einkauf von Produktionsmaterialien, Waren und Dienstleistungen
  • Bedarfsgerechte Disposition und Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Materialversorgung
  • Abwicklung und Überwachung von Bestellungen einschließlich Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferterminen
  • Betreuung bestehender Lieferanten und Dienstleister sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung von Preisen und Konditionen
  • Pflege von Einkaufs- und Lieferantendaten sowie Erstellung von Einkaufskennzahlen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den internen Fachbereichen und direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise im operativen Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Navision, sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Lieferanten und internen Ansprechpartnern
