Damit unsere Produktion rund läuft, brauchen wir Menschen, die Technik verstehen, mit anpacken und Verantwortung übernehmen. In unserem jungen, motivierten Team übernehmen Sie als Industriemechaniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) Verantwortung für unsere Maschinen, die tagtäglich Tausende Kleiderbügel in Form bringen. Bringen Sie Ihr Fachwissen ein, entwickeln Sie sich weiter – und helfen Sie mit, dass jedes Detail bei uns passt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung mechanischer, hydraulischer und pneumatischer Anlagen und Ausrüstungskomponenten
  • Fertigen von Geräteteilen und Ersatzteilen für Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen an Maschinen, Vorrichtungen und deren pneumatischen Steuerungen
  • Einricht- und Umrüstarbeiten an Drahtbiegevorrichtungen, Kleiderbügelmaschinen und Montageautomaten im Bereich der Draht- und Bandverarbeitung
  • Prüfen und Einstellen von Schweißmaschinen im Bereich der Widerstandsschweißtechnik
  • Feststellen und Eingrenzen von Fehlern und Störungen an Maschinensystemen
  • Einstellen von Exzenter- und Hydraulikpressen
  • Instandsetzung und Reparatur von Stanzwerkzeugen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker / Feinmechaniker – idealerweise in Richtung Werkzeugbau (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).
  • Sie haben mindestens 3-4 Jahre Erfahrungen in einem Produktionsbetrieb gesammelt und konnten dabei Ihre Fertigkeiten im Bereich der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung ausbauen.
  • Ihre Kenntnisse im Drehen, Fräsen, Schweißen (WIG, MIG, MAG) und Arbeiten an der Flächenschleifmaschine können Sie gewinnbringend in unserem Unternehmen einsetzen.
  • Eine selbstständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind Ihre Stärken.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Pneumatik und Elektropneumatik runden Ihr Profil ab.
