Deine Aufgaben

  • In 12 Monaten Traineeship lernst du den erfolgreichen Umgang mit Kunden und das Konzipieren und Umsetzen von Social Media Ads Kampagnen
  • Du entwickelst Strategien für einige der spannendsten und schnellwachsendsten Brands auf dem Markt
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in der vollen Bandbreite von Anzeigenschaltung, bis hin zur Kontrolle und Optimierung von Kampagnen im Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center usw.
  • Du bist für die Aufbereitung von Kampagnenergebnissen und die Erstellung von Kampagnendokumentationen verantwortlich
  • Das Monitoring, die Analyse und Optimierung von Kampagnen kannst du anhand der gängigen KPIs bearbeiten (ROAS, CPO, CPC, CTR etc.)
  • Außerdem bist du für das Erstellen von Reportings, sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zuständig und kannst diese vor deinen Kunden präsentieren

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation o.ä. oder du überzeugst uns, dass du das nicht brauchst
  • Idealerweise hast du eine ausgeprägte Affinität für digitale Medien und aktuelle Trends, sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Mit einer datengetriebenen Arbeitsweise und deinem Kommunikations- & Organisationstalent kannst du vor Kunden überzeugen
  • Du bringst einen selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil mit ausgeprägter Hands-on Mentalität mit
  • Du hast den Drive einen großen Beitrag zum Wachstum eines jungen Unternehmens zu leisten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) & Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
