Ben jij de nauwkeurige en analytische calculator die we zoeken? Als centrale schakel in de voorbereidingsfase van onze renovatieprojecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen. Je onderzoekt en analyseert de lastenboeken en dossiers, zodat je de belangrijkste gegevens kunt verzamelen en vertalen naar accurate calculaties. In samenwerking met onderaannemers en leveranciers vraag je offertes op, volg je deze nauwgezet op en interpreteer je de prijzen om de meest efficiënte en kostbare oplossingen te vinden. Daarnaast vergelijk je de bouwtechnische eigenschappen van het project met onze eigen uitvoeringsmethoden en zoek je actief naar alternatieve werkmethodes die zowel kostenbesparend als innovatief kunnen zijn. Zo zorg je ervoor dat elk project financieel goed voorbereid is, en draag je bij aan de commerciële en technologische vooruitgang van onze divisie.

Jouw rol als HR Business Partner:

◾ Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen voor renovatieprojecten.

◾Bestuderen van lastenboeken en dossiers om essentiële informatie te verkrijgen. ◾Contact opnemen met besturen voor aanvullende gegevens. ◾Prijzen opvragen, opvolgen en analyseren van onderaannemers en leveranciers.

◾Vergelijken van bouwtechnische eigenschappen en zoeken naar alternatieven.

◾Begeleiden en opleiden van junior calculators.

Wat we juist verwachten van jouw:

✔️ Opleiding: Bachelor of Ingenieur in de Bouwkunde (grondwerken, wegenbouw, betonherstellingen).

✔️ Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring, met openbare aanbestedingen als must.

✔️ Vaardigheden: Sterk rekenkundig en analytisch, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.

✔️ IT-vaardigheden: Ervaring met Word, Excel, Outlook. Bereidheid om nieuwe bedrijfstoepassingen snel te leren.

✔️ Communicatie: Goede communicatieve vaardigheden met diverse stakeholders.

✔️ Leiderschap: Bereid om junior calculators te begeleiden en op te leiden.
