Ben jij een ervaren ruwbouwarbeider met passie voor bouwen en renovatie? Werk je graag op diverse werven en wil je bijdragen aan uitdagende projecten in heel Vlaanderen?

Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Ruwbouwarbeider bij Lareco Infra werk je mee aan zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten en help je mee aan de uitbouw van een nieuwe gespecialiseerde afdeling gebouwen.

Wat zijn je taken

Uitvoeren van ruwbouwwerken: Je werkt mee aan afbraak-, funderings- en betonwerken op zowel nieuwbouw- als renovatieprojecten. Je draagt bij aan kwalitatieve en duurzame constructies.

Veilig en nauwkeurig werken: Je werkt steeds met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde. Dankzij je ervaring in de ruwbouw voer je je taken correct en efficiënt uit.

Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van werken: Je vertrekt ’s ochtends rechtstreeks naar de werf en start de werkdag vroeg. Je kan zelfstandig werken en weet technische plannen correct toe te passen op de werf.

Samenwerken en groeien: Je komt terecht in een warm, familiaal team met een vlakke structuur. Bij Lareco Infra krijg je de kans om opleidingen te volgen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de nieuwe afdeling gebouwen.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Opleiding en begeleiding: Je hebt ervaring in de ruwbouw of bent sterk gemotiveerd om bij te leren. Een VCA-attest is een pluspunt of je bent bereid dit via ons te behalen.

Stabiele werkgever: Je komt terecht bij een groeiend en stabiel bouwbedrijf met een warme, familiaire werksfeer.
