Vacature: Telemarketeer (32-40 uur per week) Locatie: op kantoor bij Maximizd in Naaldwijk.

Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren telemarketeer / acquisiteur met aantoonbare ervaring in de recruitment- of wervings branche, die de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst. Met jouw enthousiasme en passie voor het voeren van gesprekken en bedrijven verder helpen, ondersteun jij ons salesteam bij het inplannen van kwalitatieve afspraken Wij zijn geen callcenter: bij ons ben je net als de rest een belangrijk onderdeel van het bedrijf en draag je direct bij aan ons gezamenlijke succes.

Wie zijn wij?

Maximizd is een snel groeiende recruitment marketing agency actief in Nederland en België. Wij helpen bedrijven door heel Nederland met het structureel aantrekken van personeel via ons unieke wervingssysteem. Geen traditionele werving, geen CV-schuivers, maar slimme campagnes, employer branding en een continu wervingsproces.

We hebben inmiddels 700+ bedrijven geholpen, werken voor zowel MKB als landelijke organisaties en bouwen elke dag aan langdurige samenwerkingen. Groei staat bij ons centraal — voor onze klanten én voor ons team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als telemarketeer bij Maximizd ben jij een belangrijke schakel in onze groei. Jij zorgt voor het eerste contact met potentiële klanten en opent de deur voor onze consultants.

Concreet ga je:

● Bedrijven telefonisch (koud) benaderen met een ijzersterke propositie

● Interesse peilen in hun wervings uitdagingen en behoeften

● Afspraken/ demo’s inplannen voor onze sales consultants

● Input verzamelen over vacatures, personeelstekorten en urgentie

● Werken met duidelijke targets, maar zonder keiharde callcenter druk

Je verkoopt geen loze beloftes maar je gaat ethisch te werk. Je voert échte gesprekken over recruitment problemen die bedrijven nú ervaren.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken geen “scriptbeller”, maar iemand die snapt hoe je een goed en fijn gesprek voert. Iemand die goed kan luisteren, want daar zit het echte goud.

Jij:

● Hebt ervaring in de werving/ recruitment branche

● Hebt ervaring met- en de voorkeur voor B2B acquisitie

● Bent communicatief sterk en niet bang om koud te bellen

● Kunt snel schakelen en doorvragen

● Denkt in kansen en oplossingen

● Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands

● Bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na

● Bent gewend om in een concurrerende niche te werken en weet onze propositie daarin te onderscheiden van de rest
