Over Maximizd

Maximizd is een snelgroeiend recruitment marketingbureau dat bedrijven helpt bij het aantrekken van talent via social media, employer branding en slimme online campagnes.

Vanuit Nederland bedienen wij inmiddels een groeiend aantal klanten in België. Om onze aanwezigheid in Vlaanderen verder uit te bouwen, zoeken wij een commerciële vertegenwoordiger die lokaal actief is en bedrijven persoonlijk bezoekt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als vertegenwoordiger van Maximizd ben jij het gezicht van onze organisatie in Vlaanderen. Je bouwt actief aan nieuwe relaties, onderhoudt bestaande contacten en helpt bedrijven kennismaken met onze dienstverlening.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Actief bezoeken van bedrijven in Vlaanderen
  • Opbouwen en uitbreiden van een lokaal netwerk
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en nieuwe business
  • Voeren van verkoopgesprekken en sluiten van deals
  • Relatiebeheer bij bestaande klanten
  • Aanwezig zijn op relevante netwerkbijeenkomsten en evenementen
  • Zelf afspraken inplannen en opvolgen
  • Samenwerking met het interne sales- en marketingteam

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Naast je eigen acquisitie word je ondersteund door collega’s die ook afspraken voor je inplannen. Hierdoor kun jij de maximaal richten op gesprekken, relaties en omzet.

  • Je woont in Vlaanderen en bent graag onderweg
  • Je hebt ervaring in sales, accountmanagement, business development of vertegenwoordiging

Een bestaand network binnen het Belgische bedrijfsleven is een mooie plus, maar geen vereiste.
