Conectamos pessoas qualificadas a projetos que geram valor real para nossos clientes. Buscamos um(a) Analista de Governança de Dados para atuar em um cliente que já tem o OpenMetadata implantado. O desafio é evoluir e otimizar a plataforma, ampliar o uso das suas funcionalidades e fortalecer as práticas de governança de dados da organização.

Mais do que administrar a ferramenta, a pessoa vai conectar as capacidades do OpenMetadata às necessidades reais do negócio, atuando como ponte entre as áreas de negócio e tecnologia, com autonomia para propor e conduzir melhorias.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Avaliar o uso atual do OpenMetadata e identificar oportunidades de aprimoramento.
  • Estruturar e conduzir o backlog de evolução funcional da plataforma, considerando impacto, esforço e prioridades de negócio.
  • Evoluir as práticas de catalogação, glossário de negócios, classificação, linhagem, ownership e qualidade de dados.
  • Interagir com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia para levantar necessidades, negociar prioridades e alinhar soluções.
  • Apoiar as equipes responsáveis pelas integrações e configurações da plataforma.
  • Promover a adoção da ferramenta, disseminar boas práticas e acompanhar indicadores de evolução da governança.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prática com OpenMetadata (configuração, administração funcional e evolução da plataforma, incluindo catálogo de dados, glossário de negócios, classificação, domínios, ownership, linhagem e gestão de metadados).
  • Conhecimento em Governança de Dados (políticas, papéis e responsabilidades, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship, qualidade de dados, gestão de metadados, LGPD e boas práticas de governança).
  • Experiência em evolução funcional de plataformas (avaliar funcionalidades, identificar lacunas, estruturar backlog, detalhar requisitos, apoiar configurações e validar entregas com os usuários).
  • Compreensão do ecossistema de dados (arquiteturas de dados, pipelines, bancos de dados, integrações, SQL e processos de ingestão de metadados, com capacidade de dialogar com equipes técnicas e avaliar impactos entre sistemas).

  • Referência no DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Familiaridade com APIs REST, Python, conectores, workflows de ingestão e automações do OpenMetadata.
