Estamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Dados Pleno para atuar em projetos de dados e analytics em um ambiente corporativo multinacional, apoiando iniciativas de transformação digital e desenvolvimento de soluções orientadas a dados. Buscamos um profissional com capacidade técnica, perfil analítico, boa comunicação e visão de negócio, capaz de compreender desafios das áreas usuárias e transformá-los em soluções tecnológicas eficientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, implementar e sustentar soluções de engenharia de dados.
  • Realizar levantamento e análise de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades em soluções técnicas.
  • Investigar, identificar e mapear fontes de dados em ambientes corporativos (Data Discovery).
  • Construir e manter pipelines de integração, transformação e processamento de dados.
  • Desenvolver soluções utilizando BigQuery, Denodo, AWS e Python.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de analytics, automação e inteligência artificial.
  • Realizar análise e resolução de problemas em soluções existentes, garantindo qualidade, confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos dados.
  • Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares e stakeholders de diferentes países da América Latina.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Experiência em Engenharia de Dados, incluindo desenvolvimento e manutenção de pipelines ETL/ELT.
  • Conhecimento prático em SQL e Python.
  • Experiência com ambientes de dados em nuvem, especialmente Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) e/ou AWS.
  • Conhecimento em integração, transformação e modelagem de dados.
  • Experiência em análise de requisitos e interação com áreas de negócio.
  • Capacidade de investigar fontes de dados e compreender arquiteturas corporativas.
  • Conhecimentos de boas práticas de qualidade, documentação e governança de dados.
  • Inglês avançado: capacidade de participar de reuniões técnicas, esclarecer dúvidas e interagir com equipes internacionais.
  • Espanhol será considerado um diferencial importante.

  • Vivência em ambientes multinacionais e projetos envolvendo diferentes países.
  • Experiência com soluções de inteligência artificial e automação de processos.
