La direzione Programmes- Italy Portfolio di MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un Business Project Manager da inserire nell'interno della funzione Project Management Capability (PMC).

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La risorsa prescelta, collaborando con il Business Manager (BM) del settore di riferimento e con il Chief Engeneer (CE) del progetto assegnato, dovrà guidare le attività del Project Business Team al fine di garantire il reggimento degli obiettivi di progetto nel rispetto di tempi, costi e margini.

Nello specifico, il Business Project Manager (BPM) avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- In fase di acquisizione di nuove opportunità di business:

  • gestisce la compilazione della brochure dei costi di progetto, garantendo che vengano quotati correttamente tutti i costi, i rischi e le opportunità;
  • si interfaccia con la direzione Sales and Business Development (SBD) nella preparazione dei documenti interni necessari alla compilazione delle offerte ai clienti;
  • coordina le attività volte a definire e concordare eventuali contratti Inter-Company Trading (ICT) con le altre aziende del gruppo.

- In fase di pianificazione economica e finanziaria:

  • contribuisce alla definizione del budget annuale e del Business Plan pluriennale, assicurando la coerenza tra gli impegni contrattuali e gli obiettivi economico/finanziari aziendali;
  • definisce e aggiorna il revenue milestone plan, monitorando il raggiungimento nei tempi pianificati delle milestone di progetto;
  • definisce e mantiene le previsioni economiche per il completamento del progetto (Estimate at Completion), garantendone la coerenza con lo stato di avanzamento delle attività.

- In fase di execution del progetto:

  • guida le attività quotidiane del Project Business Team (BPT) relativo ai progetti a lui assegnati assicurando la corretta applicazione di processi e metodologie aziendali e l’utilizzo degli strumenti per la gestione progetto;
  • monitora le performance di progetto in termini di costi, tempi e avanzamento della produttività di progetto, suggerendo al CE le necessarie azioni correttive in caso di scostamenti;
  • predispone il reporting periodico verso il management aziendale, evidenziando performance, rischi, opportunità del progetto assegnato;
  • supporta le funzioni aziendali nelle previsioni di carico di lavoro e delle esigenze di capacità produttiva;
  • supporta il management aziendale nelle decisioni strategiche attraverso analisi economiche e finanziarie;
  • assicura l’implementazione del processo di gestione dei rischi e delle opportunità di progetto, promuovendo l’identificazione tempestiva delle criticità e la definizione delle relative strategie di mitigazione;
  • verifica che i requisiti inerenti alle licenze di esportazione vengano individuati ed, eventualmente, assolve il ruolo di Export Control Facilitator (ECF) come punto focale per la verifica della conformità a tutti i requisiti di controllo delle esportazioni;
  • garantisce la definizione e l’approvazione degli Statement of Work (SOW) necessari a supportare gli acquisti del progetto;
  • assicura il rispetto dei requisiti contrattuali e normativi applicabili al progetto;

Obiettivo del ruolo:

In sintesi, il Business Project Manager (BPM) deve favorire il successo del progetto assegnato attraverso una gestione integrata di costi, tempi, rischi, opportunità e performance, supportando il Programme Manager/Chief Engineer nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici ed economici/finanziari di progetto.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Laurea in Ingegneria con preferenza per indirizzo Gestionale.

- Laurea in Economia aziendale.

Esperienza professionale: - Esperienza professionale e lavorativa non inferiore a 4-7 anni. - Conoscenza approfondita di processi, tecniche e strumenti di Project Management. - Competenze Economico-Finanziarie. - Conoscenza di Termini e Condizioni (T&C’s) contrattuali. - Conoscenza dei prodotti e delle tecnologie dei progetti di riferimento.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:
