All’interno della Direzione “Finance" MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un Export Finance Officer.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

Laurea in Economia o equipollente

Esperienza professionale

  • 3/5 anni
  • Esperienza professionale maturata presso:Azienda industriale (area Tesoreria e Finanza) preferibilmente appartenente a un gruppo internazionale Banche e Corporate Bank Società di revisione

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La risorsa dovrà garantire il supporto al Responsabile di Export Finance per la corretta gestione degli aspetti finanziari nei contratti di esportazione fornendo consulenza nella fase di offerta, supportando la negoziazione del contratto e la predisposizione degli strumenti finanziari richiesti e dei relativi strumenti di gestione del rischio.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Predisporre e fornire le quotazioni relative agli strumenti finanziari necessari per le offerte commerciali
  • Supportare il responsabile di Export Finance nella revisione dei draft contrattuali con particolare riferimento alle clausole finanziarie
  • Collaborare con le differenti funzioni aziendali durante l'esecuzione dei contratti commerciali garantendo che tutti gli aspetti finanziari siano allineati e coerenti con l'avanzamento del contratto (scadenze, rinnovi e svincoli delle garanzie bancarie/assicurative, gestione delle lettere di credito)
  • Supportare la predisposizione delle polizze assicurative per contratti di esportazione con i rispettivi intermediari del mercato privato e pubblico (ECA) nonché gestire la relativa documentazione durante la validità delle polizze e il pagamento dei premi
  • Supportare l’Export Finance Manager nella predisposizione della documentazione necessaria all’apertura di linee di credito.
  • Predisporre insieme agli istituti di credito o broker assicurativi la documentazione necessaria ai fini dell’emissione di garanzie bancarie e assicurative, gestire il pagamento delle relative commissioni, aggiornare il tool di gruppo dedicato e predisporre le necessarie dichiarazioni ex L. 185/90 sugli armamenti
  • Preparare la documentazione necessaria agli incassi a fronte di lettere di credito o credito acquirente
  • Monitorare l'attività bancaria, previsione flussi di cassa a breve, medio e lungo termine incluso rischi e opportunità
  • Gestire eventuali attività ad hoc di Treasury Operations secondo le istruzioni del Treasury Operations/Sales Finance Manager

Competenze Professionali:

  • Conoscenza della contrattualistica, dei mercati finanziari e della tesoreria
  • Comprensione dei rischi contrattuali nei contratti di esportazione e delle mitigazioni/strumenti di mitigazione
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di finanziamento, lettere di credito e garanzie finanziarie, bancarie e assicurative nonché sulla loro applicazione e sulle relative normative applicabili in particolare le leggi che regolamentano l’export nel settore di riferimento
  • Conoscenze avanzate di Word, PowerPoint ed Excel e di sistemi gestionali ERP e Home banking

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Inglese - Livello minimo B2

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

  • Orientamento al risultato, problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Europa e nel Resto del Mondo
