All’interno della Direzione Operations, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un Manufacturing Project Planner.

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà della gestione di uno o più Programmi di produzione. Nello specifico dovrà:

1. definire gli obiettivi del progetto in coerenza con i requisiti cliente

2. identificare le risorse necessarie per raggiungerli (man, materials, machines)

3. pianificare le attività e i tempi di esecuzione identificando i percorsi critici

4. monitorare lo stato d’avanzamento del progetto nel rispetto delle deadline

5. analizzare i costi di progetto vs budget.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale laurea triennale o specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale

Esperienza professionale:

  • Gradita, ma non indispensabile, esperienza pregressa di 1 - 2 anni nella gestione di Programmi di produzione.

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Verifica della coerenza tra i diversi livelli di pianificazione: dal livello strategico a quello operativo, attraverso la definizione del Master Plan e l'esplosione dei fabbisogni
  • Utilizzo dei sistemi aziendali per la pianificazione (SAP PP-MM) e analisi di coerenza con il piano strategico pluriennale
  • Definizione dei piani di produzione a supporto di tutte le BID
  • Definizione dei piani di fabbisogno dei Major Equipments e relativo monitoraggio delle consegne in coerenza con i piani di produzione
  • Identificazione, monitoraggio ed analisi degli indici di prestazione di progetto (KPI)
  • Emissione di tutta la reportistica correlata

Competenze Professionali:

  • Buona conoscenza dei Processi di Pianificazione
  • Capacità di analisi e gestione dei Piani di Produzione e relativa verifica di coerenza dei dati tecnici di pianificazione, dei piani e delle ipotesi alla base della generazione dei fabbisogni in ambiente MRP
  • Buona conoscenza dei moduli applicativi SAP PP, MM
  • Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto MS Office

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Ottima conoscenza della Lingua inglese (≥B2)
