All’interno della Direzione “Operations”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Data Analyst” da inserire nel team di Manufacturing Authority area Elettrica.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica
  • Laure Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica
  • Votazione minima: 105/110

Esperienza professionale

  • Analisi dati di Produzione finalizzata al supporto tecnico al Manufacturing (> 1 anno)
  • Esperienza in Progettazione e Gestione di sistemi di big-data per analisi dei dati di produzione (>1 anno)
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di Hadoop, Python, Tez, Cassandra, MongoDB (> 2 anni)
  • Gestione Data Base (> 2 anni)
  • Organizzazione e Clusterizzazione Dati (> 2 anni)

Attività previste per il ruolo:

Le attività previste si inquadrano nell’ambito del Supporto Tecnico alle linee di produzione con particolare riferimento alle fasi di testing ed analisi dei dati correlate al manufacturing di apparati RF che prevedono integrazione e test di sottoassiemi elettromeccanici. Tali attività son articolate nei due seguenti ambiti:

CONCURRENT ENGINEERING

  • Partecipare alla fase di definizione ed implementazione di nuove linee produttive supportando il Manufacturing Engineering, le Design Authority (prodotto e Test Equipment), e Maintenance TE (processo di industrializzazione)
  • Partecipare ad iniziative di Improvement tese allo sviluppo di nuove tecnologie/piattaforme HW/SW/DB

MASS PRODUCTION

  • Supportare le Manufacturing Authority nel processo di gestione del prodotto Non Conforme con particolare riferimento all’analisi ed alla risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche.
  • Supportare le Manufacturing Authority nell’implementazione di soluzioni tecniche innovative atte al miglioramento dell’efficienza del sistema industriale (riduzione dei costi e dei tempi di produzione)
  • Supportare il reparto di manutenzione al fine di garantire la piena funzionalità degli apparati HW/SW dei centri CIS.
  • Partecipare (promuovere) a team di lavoro multidisciplinari per sviluppare progetti di improvement basati su data analytics, Machine Learning, Big Data per l’efficientamento dei processi produttivi e/o dei sistemi di Test, allo scopo di promuovere il processo di digitalizzazione.

Competenze Professionali:

Al candidato, da integrare nel team di Electronic Manufacturing Authority & Technical Support, si richiede:

  • Conoscenza delle tecniche e strumentazioni di misura elettronica e RF.
  • Conoscenza e familiarità con l’utilizzo di tool di Analisi statistica e matematica (es. MATLAB, OCTAVE, MINITAB, etc.)
  • Conoscenza di Windows Server Administrator, VMware (Data Center Virtualization)
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Linux RedHat, Ubuntu
  • Conoscenza di librerie per lo sviluppo di applicazioni grafiche come QT, QWT
