All’interno della Direzione “Operations”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un

“ELECTRONIC TIME KEEPER” da inserire nella struttura EMA&TS Fusaro.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Diploma ad indirizzo Tecnico (Elettronico/Telecomunicazioni/Aueronautico/Meccatronico/Meccanico)
  • Votazione minima: 90/100
  • Laurea triennale ad indirizzo Tecnico (Elettronico/Telecomunicazioni/Aueronautico/Meccatronico/Meccanico)
  • Votazione minima: 105/110

Esperienza professionale

Per i candidati diplomati è richiesta una esperienza di almeno 10 anni in attività di manufacturing di apparati Elettromeccanici/RF

Attività previste per il ruolo:

Le attività previste si inquadrano nell’ambito del Supporto Tecnico alle linee di produzione con particolare riferimento al manufacturing di Sistemi a RF che prevedono integrazione e testing di sottoassiemi elettromeccanici.

Nella fattispecie tali attività prevedono:

  • Concurrent Engineering

In team con Design Authority e Manufacturing Engineering nella fase di implementazione di nuove linee produttive (processo di industrializzazione) le principali attività previste saranno:

  • Definizione delle Procedure Operative derivanti dall’analisi dei TDP
  • Valutazione e definizione delle Metodologie necessarie all’implementazione del prodotto (compresi i processi speciali).
  • Stima delle tempistiche di produzione ed implementazioni dei Cicli di Lavoro nella fase di TtP
  • Piani di efficientamento in ottica di mass production
  • Partecipare ai progetti di improvement delle linee e dei sistemi di produzione con particolare riferimento all’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie concernenti automazione e digitalizzazione
  • Mass Production

Le principali attività previste in seno alla funzione Electronic Manufacturing Authority & Technical Support saranno:

  • Definire monitorare e manutenere la documentazione necessaria alla fabbricazione dei prodotti che concorre al Manufacturing Data Package ed al Manufacturing System Data Package con lo scopo di massimizzare l’efficienza del processo incrementando la qualità del prodotto
  • Assicurarsi del corretto allineamento delle informazioni presenti nei sistemi informativi aziendali (PLM, SAP, MES)
  • Supportare il Processo di Gestione del prodotto non Conforme contribuendo alla definizione dei Cicli di Rework e consuntivando le deviazioni di processo.
  • Supportare il Processo di Gestione della Configurazione (CCB) eseguendo le corrette valutazioni degli impatti in termini di documentazione MDP/MSDP conseguenti a varianti di Prodotto/Processo
  • Studio ed Analisi dei processi Produttivi aziendali identificandone i punti di forza e di debolezza ed individuando miglioramenti mirati (riduzione dei Tempi, riduzione dei Costi, incremento della Qualità)
  • Assicurarsi che il personale delle linee di produzione sia correttamente istruito e formato circa l’utilizzo di nuovi metodi o strumenti di lavoro.
  • Supportare le visite di Certificazione (EN9100)

Competenze Professionali:

  • Conoscenza dei processi di integrazione e collaudo di apparati elettromeccanici
  • Capacità di analisi di dettaglio dei vari aspetti del processo produttivo volta all’identificazione delle eventuali aree di miglioramento.
  • Capacità di Analisi della Documentazione Tecnica del Prodotto (TDP) e relativa trasposizione in procedure operative dettagliate (MDP)
  • Utilizzo dei principali sw di Office Automation (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Conoscenza ed Utilizzo di ERP aziendali (preferibile la conoscenza di SAP)
  • Capacità di interpretazione di Schemi elettrici
  • Capacità di interpretazione di Disegni Meccanici
  • Disegnazione CAD 2D/3D

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Inglese scritto e parlato livello buono

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

  • Capacità di Problem Solving individuando rapidamente possibili soluzioni ad eventuali criticità rilevate nei processi produttivi.
  • Spiccate capacità comunicative necessarie nelle attività di analisi congiunta col personale di produzione, ed alla formalizzazione delle proposte di miglioramento
