All’interno della Direzione “Operations”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Product Repair Manager”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria
  • Votazione minima: 100/110

Esperienza professionale

Si richiede esperienza professionale di almeno due anni nelle seguenti attività:

  • Industrializzazione di una linea di produzione
  • Integrazione e collaudo di sottoassiemi elettromeccanici
  • Configurazione e setting up Equipment elettronici
  • Ricerca guasti e gestione fatti tecnici (QN)
  • Gestione della Configurazione (PLM)

Attività previste per il ruolo

La Risorsa prescelta opererà all’interno della Business Unit Weapon System Modules and Equipment AIT e sarà responsabile, in supporto al Program Manager CSS di riferimento, di tutte le attività necessarie alla riparazione degli Equipment elettronici di proprietà del Cliente e che rientrano dal campo nell’ambito di contratti di supporto logistico.

Le mansioni specifiche includono:

  • Miglioramento della produzione: segnalare i difetti ricorrenti in produzione per modificare il processo produttivo ed eliminare il problema alla radice
  • Collaudi e Diagnostica: supporto all’esecuzione di collaudi funzionali intermedi e finali con il Cliente, con relativa analisi e correzione di problemi di natura elettronica, elettrica e/o elettromeccanica
  • Gestione anomalie/QN emerse durante le fasi di test
  • Ottimizzazione della linea: migliora il processo di riparazione per renderlo più veloce ed economico
  • Garantire la soddisfazione del Cliente fornendo i deliverable secondo la qualità e le scadenze concordate
  • Gestione Documentale e Reporting: redazione di Report Tecnici per il Cliente e reporting interno a cadenza settimanale/mensile
  • Supporto ai processi logistici in loco (presa in carico/consegna materiale riparato o nuove consegne di ricambi)
  • Interfacciare i Program Managers di riferimento e partecipazione a riunioni periodiche di avanzamento

Competenze Professionali:

  • Conoscenze tecniche generali di sistemi elettronici e meccanici
  • Conoscenza di prodotti MBDA
  • Conoscenza dei principi base di Project Management
  • Utilizzo degli applicativi Office

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Sufficiente conoscenza (scritta e parlata) della lingua Inglese
