Descrizione impiego

All’interno della Direzione Engineering Italy, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di risorse da inserire nella Divisione WSD (Weapon System Design) che è responsabile della progettazione e validazione dei sistemi di difesa.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline tecnico/scientifiche, preferibilmente Ingegneria, Informatica e Design

Esperienza professionale:

  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale lavorativa in ambito di design di HMI e studi ergonomici oltre a esperienza didattica e pratica maturata in laboratori, tirocini e/o approfondimenti personali.

Competenze professionali:

  • Ergonomia (fisica e cognitiva)
  • Conoscenza dei tool di design HMI (Figma, XD, Protopie, Lunacy..)
  • Conoscenza dei tool per ergonomica fisica (Jack, ICIDO..)

Opzionali

  • Conoscenza base dei linguaggi programmazione con preferenza per C e C++
  • Conoscenza base della programmazione Object Oriented
  • Familiarità utilizzo framework grafici (QT, framework C#, Unity, Unreal Engine)

Attività previste per il ruolo:

  • La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà di:Definizione design di HMI, definizione di UX e UI Partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro con Clienti analisi dei requisiti, studi architetturali, design, di sistemi e/o sotto-sistemi di difesa; uso di strumenti di Realtà Aumentata e Virtuale per miglioramento delle visualizzazioni e supporto al training; Definizione di requisiti grafici per HMI Studi e valutazione di ergonomia fisica di sistemi ed apparati partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro inter-disciplinari (anche internazionali) ed attività di ricerca; definizione di strategie e piani di verifica e validazione e raccolta evidenze; integrazione e test in laboratorio e sul campo di sistemi di difesa e dei loro componenti; partecipazione a progetti di rilevanza internazionale in ambito difesa.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

  • Attitudine al lavoro di team, anche in contesto internazionale.
  • Capacità di analisi e sintesi e di comunicazione scritta.
  • Capacità di organizzare le proprie attività e orientamento al risultato
  • Buone capacità nel parlare in pubblico
  • Attitudine al problem solving.
