MBDA rappresenta il primo Gruppo a livello europeo con capacità di produzione e progettazione in grado di coprire l’intera gamma corrispondente alle attuali e future esigenze delle forze armate (terra, aria e mare).

All’interno della Direzione Engineering, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di risorse da inserire nella Divisione WSD (Weapon System Design) che è responsabile della progettazione e validazione dei sistemi d’arma.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea magistrale in discipline tecnico/scientifiche, preferibilmente nella famiglia dell’Ingegneria dell’Informazione o in Ingegneria Aerospaziale o in ingegneria Meccanica
  • Votazione laurea Magistrale: minimo 100/110
  • Votazione laurea Triennale: costituisce titolo preferenziale se superiore a 100/110

Esperienza professionale:

  • Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione e tool di modellazione, oltre a esperienza pratica maturata in laboratori, tirocini e/o approfondimenti personali.

Attività previste per il ruolo:

  • La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà dell'esecuzione di attività e studi relativi alla progettazione e validazione di Sistemi d’Arma e di sotto-sistemi complessi che li compongono (comando e controllo, moduli di lancio, sensori, …). Sulla base delle competenze e aspirazioni del candidato, le attività potranno includere:analisi dei requisiti del cliente, definizione dei requisiti funzionali e fisici del sistema e dei suoi componenti; studi di trade-off e definizione dell’architettura funzionale e fisica; identificazione, sviluppo, studio di modelli matematici a supporto degli studi progettuali; realizzazione di simulazioni del sistema e dei suoi componenti a supporto di studi progettuali e di validazione; definizione di strategie e piani di verifica e validazione e raccolta evidenze; partecipazione a gruppi di lavoro inter-disciplinari (anche internazionali) ed attività di ricerca; integrazione e test in laboratorio e sul campo di sistemi d’arma e dei loro componenti.

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.

Competenze organizzative/Soft skills:

  • Attitudine al lavoro di team, anche in contesto internazionale.
  • Capacità di analisi e sintesi e di comunicazione scritta.
  • Capacità di organizzare le proprie attività e orientamento al risultato
