All’interno della Direzione “OPERATIONS”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “ Progettista Disegnatore Meccanico”

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Diploma di istituto Tecnico o Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica
  • Votazione minima: Diploma 95/100, Laurea 105/110

Esperienza professionale

Si richiede esperienza nelle seguenti attività:

  • Modellizzazione parametrica tridimensionale con generazione del relativo Technical Data Package meccanico. Produzione disegni di dettaglio di singole unità o di parti meccaniche.
  • Emissione e gestione della documentazione del prodotto in PDM.
  • Progettazione di meccanismi e strutture meccaniche.
  • Studi di layout di apparati
  • Definizione e documentazione di routing di cavi e cablaggi e generazione del relativo Technical Data Package elettrico.
  • Definizione delle tolleranze e gestione delle stesse negli assiemi meccanici.

Completano il profilo competenze in:

  • Dimensionamento strutturale preliminare di semplici elementi meccanici.
  • Esecuzione di test di assiemaggio e funzionali, e prove di collaudo e qualifica.
  • Processi speciali di trattamento e protezione dei metalli, incollaggio e saldatura
  • Documentazione realizzativa di componenti realizzati in laminati compositi.

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa selezionata contribuirà a tutte le fasi del progetto meccanico:

  • Concetto preliminare
  • Definizione del modello 3D
  • Generazione e manutenzione della documentazione realizzativa
  • Verifica del design

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Documentare componenti meccanici, assiemi complessi e cablaggi elettrici.
  • Emettere e gestire la documentazione del prodotto in PDM
  • Definire soluzioni preliminari ed elaborare i relativi studi di fattibilità
  • In logica di “concurrent engineering” supportare la fase di verifica dei componenti progettati e la relativa ottimizzazione strutturale
  • Partecipare alla definizione del prodotto per il rispetto dei requisiti di riproducibilità e di costo
  • Supervisionare l’esecuzione di test di funzionamento di assiemi meccanici utilizzando procedure ed equipaggiamenti standard
  • Eseguire di test di verifica funzionamento di componenti e assiemi, e prove di collaudi e qualifiche

Conoscenze linguistiche: E’ richiesta buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese ed esperienza nella redazione di documenti tecnici.
