All’interno della Direzione SW Engineering Italia, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un SW Engineer.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica\Telecomunicazioni\Informatica.
  • Votazione minima:106

Esperienza professionale (indicare il tipo di esperienza richiesta e gli anni minimi e massimi di esperienza)

  • Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nei seguenti ambiti:
  • Programmazione con linguaggi Object Oriented (C++) e con linguaggio C.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo della programmazione su Sistemi Operativi RealTime (VxWorks e/o PikeOs), di Linux e dei protocolli di comunicazione.
  • Esperienza nelle fasi di Integrazione SW su target/piattaforma di test (analisi log, trouble-shooting)
  • Opzionali Esperienza nella gestione di un team di piccole dimensioni
  • Si valutano profili di brillanti neolaureati che abbiano approfondito durante gli studi le tematiche di seguito elencate.

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Analisi dei requisiti
  • Progettazione e sviluppo SW Real Time su scheda e/o microcontrollore
  • Supporto alla progettazione e sviluppo SW Simulatori per il testing
  • Esecuzione di debug e test su sistemi Real Time e Interfacce fisiche di comunicazione (auspicabile anche l’utilizzo di strumentazione come oscilloscopi e/o analizzatori di protocollo)
  • Redazione della documentazione di progetto MIL-STD 498, DOD-STD-2167
  • Review e Validazione del SW
  • Interazione con altri team di lavoro all’interno ed all’esterno della funzione.

Competenze Professionali:

  • Esperienza di sviluppo SW Real Time su scheda e/o micro-controllore (con e senza sistemi operativi Real Time)
  • Ottima conoscenza dei linguaggi programmazione C e C++
  • Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione e relativi standard (Ethernet, RS422, RS232, HDLC, ISO-OSI model, ieee-802, TCP, UDP, etc)
  • Conoscenza tool per la gestione della configurazione SW (preferibilmente IBM RTC)
  • Programmazione Object Oriented, UML (preferibilmente IBM Rhapsody)
  • Opzionali
  • Conoscenza di tool per la Gestione dei Requisiti (preferibilmente IBM DOORS)
  • Familiarità utilizzo framework grafici (QT, framework C#)
  • Conoscenza dello Standard MISRA C++ e tool di analisi statica per la verifica della compliance del codice a tale standard
  • Metodologia di sviluppo software MDE (Model Driven Engineering)

Conoscenze linguistiche:

  • Buona conoscenza Inglese parlato e scritto

  • Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, attitudine al lavoro in team, capacità di analisi e sintesi, capacità di problem solving, orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro ed eventualmente quello di un piccolo team, spirito di iniziativa ed autonomia, adattabilità e flessibilità al lavoro, disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia ed all’estero.
