  • Manage project scope, budgets, programs, procurement, variations and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, financials, risks and quality outcomes, conducting regular project reviews and ensuring all project documentation is maintained in line with company requirements.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold McCormack's health, safety and environmental standards across all project activities.

ABOUT YOU

Successful applicants must have:

  • A qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline, together with a Construction White Card and the ability to obtain required safety certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering construction projects of similar size, scope and complexity, with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, supported by strong commercial, financial and contractual acumen and proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position. Applications generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) will not be accepted.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
