• Partner with Tax, Legal, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Real Estate, Facilities, Regulatory, IT, and business operations as necessary to obtain information and implement practical compliance solutions.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, new affiliates, facility openings and closures, and operational changes by identifying and coordinating licensing and business tax requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned businesses, develop and follow standard operating procedures and controls, and identify opportunities to improve compliance through technology, automation, data analytics, and approved AI tools.
• Support practice management by coordinating business license requirements for managed practices, maintaining visibility to practice-specific obligations, and helping implement consistent licensing processes across practice operations.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
