Deine Aufgaben

  • Du wechselst im 3-Monats-Rhythmus zwischen Theoriephasen an der DHBW Heilbronn und Praxisphasen in unserem Unternehmen.
  • In jeder Praxisphase durchläufst du einen neuen Fachbereich und lernst unser Unternehmen ganzheitlich kennen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und erhältst Einblicke in zentrale Unternehmensprozesse.
  • Von Beginn an übernimmst du eigene Aufgaben und wirst in laufende Projekte eingebunden.
  • Gegen Ende deines Studiums vertiefst du dein Wissen in einem Fachbereich und bringst dich dort intensiver ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast dein Abitur oder eine andere Hochschulzugangsberechtigung – oder stehst kurz davor.
  • Du interessierst dich für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und die Lebensmittelbranche.
  • Du bringst gute mathematische Grundkenntnisse mit und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich aktiv einzubringen.
  • Du bist offen für wechselnde Aufgabenbereiche und neue Themen.
