Zur Verstärkung unseres Quality Management Teams suchen wir Dich als Werkstudent:in Quality Management (m/w/d)!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden kompetent im Reklamationsfall und sorgst dafür, dass Anliegen schnell und lösungsorientiert bearbeitet werden.
  • Du pflegst gewissenhaft qualitätsrelevante Informationen in den verschiedenen Datenbanken und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen stets aktuell und vollständig sind.
  • Du bereitest Verkostungen vor, dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und trägst so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte bei.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Laboruntersuchungen – von der Musterbeschaffung über die Auftragserstellung bis hin zur Abwicklung des Musterversands.
  • Du übernimmst die Archivierung relevanter Dokumente.
  • Du behältst Maßnahmen, die bei Lieferanten angestoßen wurden (z. B. aus Audits oder Untersuchungsabweichungen), im Blick und stellst sicher, dass diese fristgerecht umgesetzt werden.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist für 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.
  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student:in im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Ökotrophologie, Qualitätsmanagement, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualität oder in einem lebensmittelnahen Umfeld.
  • Du möchtest erste Erfahrungen im Quality Management sammeln bzw. Deine bisherigen Erfahrungen ausbauen.
  • Du bringst Interesse an Qualitätsprozessen, Lebensmittelsicherheit und/oder Lieferketten mit.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere in Excel.
  • Du überzeugst uns durch eine selbständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und bringst gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du besitzt ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten.
