Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Supply Chain Management suchen wir dich als (Group) Manager Supply Chain Analytics & Controlling (m/w/d).

In dieser Position baust du das KPI- und Reporting-System auf, mit dem sich die Supply Chain in allen relevanten Dimensionen – Performance, Stückkosten, Qualität – souverän steuern lässt. Du bist nicht nur Zahlenlieferant, sondern beratende Instanz: Als Business Partner im Austausch mit der Führungskraft SCO und dem Team hinterfragst du Annahmen, deckst Optimierungspotenziale auf und arbeitest eng mit Finance & Controlling zusammen, damit Kennzahlen konsistent bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Ein KPI-System für die Supply Chain aufbauen und etablieren, das Performance, Stückkosten und Qualität durchgängig abbildet
  • Reporting-Strukturen schaffen und etablieren, die Steuerung statt reiner Dokumentation ermöglichen
  • Optimierungspotenziale in der Supply Chain aufzeigen und mit Zahlen unterlegen
  • Die Führungskraft SCO sowie das Team im Business-Partner-Prinzip beraten und dabei aktiv challengen, wo Zahlen und Annahmen auseinanderlaufen
  • Eng mit Finance & Controlling (Fi/Co) zusammenarbeiten, um Kennzahlen und Reportings konsistent zu halten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Controlling oder Analytics
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Supply-Chain-Management- oder Logistik-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Einführung von KPIs, Dashboards oder Reportings
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse- und Reporting-Tools sowie digitalen und KI-gestützten Lösungen zur Datenaufbereitung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
