Dans le cadre de notre développement industriel, nous recherchons un Chef de Projets Méthodes Lean H/F passionné et motivé, prêt à évoluer au sein de Mecapack dans un environnement industriel exigeant et innovant, où la production, la gestion de projets et le travail en équipe sont au cœur des réussites.

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de l’équipe méthodes, vous prenez en charge les projets de développement et mise en œuvre des lignes de montage et moyens nécessaires à la production de nos machines.

Les maîtres mots du Chef de Projets Méthodes Lean que nous recherchons ? ANALYSE, PROJET et PERFORMANCE

ANALYSE : Vous préparez les données utiles à la mise en place et à l’optimisation des lignes de montage. Le Chef de projets Méthodes Lean établit les temps de montage et leur équilibrage, il prépare les cahiers des charges pour l’étude, la fabrication et l’installation des lignes de production. En lien avec les équipes de production, il implante et aménage les espaces de montage, optimise les flux de fabrication, et participe à la réalisation des lignes de montage.

PROJET : Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous faites preuve d’autonomie en gestion de projets, pour la planification, la priorisation, l’anticipation des risques et le suivi du budget. Vous partagez régulièrement avec les équipes de montage sur le terrain, vous assurez le lien avec les équipes techniques (R&D, BE) et les fournisseurs qui interviennent pour la réalisation des lignes et moyens de production. Vous communiquez sur l’avancement de vos projets.

PERFORMANCE : Votre objectif est de fournir et rendre opérationnelles et performantes nos lignes de montage, en prenant en compte : la logistique, le contrôle et la qualité, l’ergonomie de montage et l’accès aux instructions de montage et réglage. Par ailleurs, vous élaborez avec l’équipe méthodes, les modes opératoires de montage et de contrôle et diffusez auprès des ateliers les formations nécessaires à l’usage de la ligne et des outils de montage.

On peut aussi vous dire qu’il bénéficie d’un 13ème mois, de la participation, d’avantages CSE (chèques cadeaux et vacances…), … mais ça c’est en plus du plaisir au travail.

PROFIL - Et si c'était vous ?

De formation technicien ou ingénieur, vous êtes dotés d’un bon relationnel et d’un goût pour la technique et l’innovation technologique, vous aimez les challenges et la gestion de projets industriels en lien avec des équipes pluri-métiers.

En outre, vous vous appuyez sur une expérience industrielle en méthodes, développement ou production et avez des compétences en Lean, pour déployer les moyens de production efficaces et adaptés à nos produits techniques.

En termes de connaissances informatiques, vous savez utiliser un ERP et un PLM, l’utilisation d’un outil CAO serait un plus. Vous avez également des compétences analytiques et Excel avancées.
