Nous recherchons un Technicien Méthodes et Industrialisation H/F passionné et motivé, prêt à évoluer au sein de Mecapack dans un environnement industriel exigeant et innovant, où la production, la gestion de projets et le travail en équipe sont au cœur des réussites.

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de l’équipe Méthodes, les maîtres mots du Technicien Méthodes et Industrialisation que nous recherchons ? PRODUCTION, PROJETS et RELATIONNEL

PRODUCTION : Vous intervenez sur la mise en production de nouveaux modèles de machines, en participant aux 1ers montages et en introduisant les évolutions produits (dans le PLM, l’ERP, puis dans l’atelier). Vous préparez également les gammes de fabrication, puis la documentation utile au montage, au contrôle qualité et à la formation des monteurs, régleurs.

PROJETS : En charge de projets d’industrialisation de nouveaux produits, vous animez, planifiez et assurez l’avancement de chaque étape du projet, du développement à la production sur nos lignes de montage. Vous établissez également les éléments de validation des objectifs du projet : coûts et temps de fabrication, besoins de stockage et règles d’approvisionnement.

RELATIONNEL : Pour mener vos missions, vous travaillez en lien avec l’atelier et les équipes techniques (R&D, BE, SAV). Vous assurez un partage régulier avec la production autour des remontées terrain, des solutions mises en place, des réussites et de la priorisation.

On peut aussi vous dire qu’il bénéficie d’un 13ème mois, de la participation, d’avantages CSE (chèques cadeaux et vacances…), … mais ça c’est en plus du plaisir au travail.

PROFIL - Et si c'était vous ?

De formation technicien ou ingénieur, vous disposez d’une expérience en méthodes ou industrialisation de produits et êtes à l’aise sur le terrain.

Un bon bagage industriel (développement, production et cycle de vie produit), ainsi qu’un goût pour la technique et la gestion de projets sont des atouts utiles pour ce poste.

En termes de connaissances informatiques, vous savez utiliser un ERP et un PLM, l’utilisation d’un outil CAO serait un plus.
