Om stillingen

Vi søger en engageret og servicemindet kundeservicemedarbejder på 15-20 timer om ugen. Vikariatet forventes at være resten af året, og vi søger derfor en kandidat, der kan starte hurtigst muligt

Dine primære opgaver bliver blandt andet:

  • Besvare indkomne kundehenvendelser pr. mail
  • Indtaste og behandle kundeordrer i SAP
  • Sørge for korrekt registrering og opfølgning på kundesager
  • Løse andre relevante administrative opgaver

Om dig

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med SAP
  • Kommunikerer på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Er struktureret, omhyggelig og har godt overblik
  • Trives med kundekontakt og kan kommunikere klart og venligt
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig er en god holdspiller

  • Omfang: Deltid, 15-20 timer om ugen
  • Arbejdstider: Dagtimerne, fleksible og aftales med kunden
