Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Budget- und Forecast-Planungen
  • Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Finanz- und Betriebszahlen inklusive Unterstützung der Finanzorganisationen im Ausland (Schweiz, perspektivisch weitere europäische Länder)
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Regionalmanagern, Praxismanagements und Verwaltungsabteilungen zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und zur Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer zügigen Integration von neuen Praxen in das Gruppenreporting
  • Selbstständige Übernahme von Projekten und Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen (beispielsweise Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen) und Business Cases (beispielsweise für Capex) sowie die Plausibilisierung dieser unter Berücksichtigung relevanter KPIs
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Controlling-Funktion: Weiterentwicklung von Planungs- und Reportingprozessen, fachliche Qualitätssicherung zentraler Analysen
  • Übernahme der Leitung bei Abwesenheit des Leiters Controlling

Profilanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in der Unternehmensberatung mit Schwerpunkt Transaction Services, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im eigenständigen Aufbau treiberbasierter Finanzmodelle in Excel für Praxisplanungen und Investitionsentscheidungen, einschließlich Ergebnis- und Cashflow-Planung sowie Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen
  • Erfahrung mit LucaNet oder ähnlichen Controlling-Tools und in der Anwendung von BI-Systemen (vorzugsweise Power BI) hilfreich
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge schnell zu durchdringen, wesentliche Ergebnistreiber und Abweichungsursachen zu identifizieren, Daten und Annahmen kritisch zu hinterfragen und fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, beispielsweise in Projekten, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu kommunizieren und Regionalmanager bei der Umsetzung von finanziellen Strategien zu unterstützen
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
  • Sensibilität im Umgang mit Business Partnern
