Aufgaben

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Kreditorenbuchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften
  • Abstimmung und Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
  • Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen und Lieferantenanfragen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines Warenwirtschaftssystems mit automatischer Bestellung und Vorkontierung im ERP
  • Bearbeitung von Mahnungen und offenen Posten
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierung (z. B. Automatisierung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Gesellschaften/Standorte

Profilanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kreditoren- oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
