Avec près de 80 filiales, le groupe s'adresse à un large public dans de nombreux domaines culturels : l’édition (avec des maisons comme La Martinière, Le Seuil, Points, Fleurus, les Editions de l’Olivier et Abrams), la Bande Dessinée classique et le manga (Dargaud, Dupuis, Le Lombard, Kana), la presse (Rustica, Système D, Famille Chrétienne et Magnificat), la production audiovisuelle (Ellipsanime), les plateformes de streaming et de webtoon (ADN, ONO), le jeu vidéo et de plateau (Microids, Iello), le parc à thèmes (Parc Spirou) et les produits dérivés.

Le groupe recherche, pour elle et ses filiales, un(e) Responsable du contrôle de Gestion afin d’en assurer le pilotage financier.

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement à la Direction Administrative et Financière du Groupe et fonctionnellement à la Direction Financière de la filiale le cas échéant, le ou la Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion pilote la performance économique et financière de l’entité et ses filiales en cas de consolidation. Le poste garantit la fiabilité de l’information de gestion, la sécurisation des clôtures, l’anticipation des risques et l’amélioration continue des processus et outils, en supervisant une équipe de contrôleurs de gestion.

Le poste est basé au siège du groupe, à Paris (XIXe).

Description du poste

RESPONSABILITES CLES

Les principales missions du / de la Responsable du Contrôle de gestion sont les suivantes :

• Pilotage de la performance et prévisions :

- Élaborer les reportings, tableaux de bord, budgets, estimés et plans pluriannuels ; analyser les résultats, marges, écarts, cash-flow et BFR.

- Construire et actualiser les business plans des produits en exploitation et en développement ; alerter sur les dérives et proposer des actions correctrices.

• Chiffres d’affaires, coûts et projets :

- Analyser le chiffre d’affaires par produit, canal, plateforme, territoire et tiers ; sécuriser les rapprochements et le cut-off.

- Piloter les coûts de développement, de fabrication, de distribution et de commercialisation, les stocks et coûts de fabrication, les immobilisations, amortissements, tests de valeur, subventions et crédits d’impôt éventuels.

• Ayants droit, royalties et provisions :

- Superviser les décomptes et provisions, contrôler les assiettes, taux, minimums garantis, avances et coûts déductibles.

- Rapprocher les décomptes, paiements, montants comptabilisés et provisions ; documenter l’historique, les contrats et les exceptions.

• Dépenses, structure et trésorerie :

- Piloter les dépenses marketing et trade marketing, les engagements et leur ventilation analytique.

- Analyser les salaires, honoraires, prestations externes et flux intercompagnies.

- Actualiser les prévisions de trésorerie et suivre le résultat financier.

• Clôtures, contrôle interne et outils :

- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles, semestrielles et annuelles ; valider les données de gestion et préparer les éléments de consolidation et d’audit.

- Formaliser les procédures et contrôles, fiabiliser les données et piloter l’optimisation ou l’automatisation des outils financiers, ERP, reporting et BI.

• Relations internes, Groupe et management :

- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié de la Direction, des opérationnels, des fonctions financières Groupe et des commissaires aux comptes.

- Manager les Contrôleurs de Gestion, organiser les priorités, contrôler les livrables, développer l’autonomie et assurer la continuité des activités et la maîtrise du backlog.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce, université ou école d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Comptabilité ou Gestion, le/la Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion justifie d’une expérience significative de plusieurs années dans des fonctions similaires, idéalement dans une filiale d’un groupe français ou international.

Les expériences ou connaissances suivantes seraient un plus :

• Secteur de la création et de l’industrie culturelle, audiovisuelle ou du jeu vidéo

• Secteur des réseaux de distribution (retail / e-commerce) en général et sur les produits culturels en particulier (Amazon, Fnac, Micromania…)

• Cabinet d’audit
