Média Participations est un groupe d’édition, de presse, de production audiovisuelle et de logiciels de loisirs, troisième groupe d’édition français et leader européen de la bande dessinée.

Lancé en 2023, Cascades est le label audio du groupe Média-Participations.

Cascades produit des livres audio et des séries audio immersives adaptées d’univers BD ou audiovisuels.

Le catalogue couvre une large gamme de genres (littérature, polars, romance, science-fiction et fantasy, histoire et biographies, non-fiction, jeunesse), mais propose aussi des adaptations d’univers BD et audiovisuels.

Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable commerciale et marketing de Cascades, vos principales missions seront :

  • Création, planification et publication des contenus du compte Instagram @cascades_audio : vidéos, publications statiques et en stories, à raison de 2 à 3 posts par semaine
  • Gestion et animation de la communauté Instagram de Cascades : modération du compte, réponse aux commentaires et aux messages privés
  • Relation avec les influenceurs : échanges écrits, envois de services de presse digitaux (réponses aux sollicitations et propositions spontanées ciblées), repartage de contenus, organisation de jeux-concours et de cross-posts
  • Veille commerciale et recherche de tendances Social Media, identification d’influenceurs et mise en place de partenariats
  • Coordination avec les équipes de Community Management des éditeurs grand format (lancements simultanés, opérations de cross-promotion, etc.)
  • Création de contenus paid-media : plus occasionnel
  • Envoi des services de presse numériques (influenceurs, presse, éditeurs grand format…)
  • Aide à la préparation des présentations commerciales : présentation mensuelle des enjeux au diffuseur
  • Aide à la préparation et la mise en page de nos catalogues, de nos présentations pour les clients ou les éditeurs grand format
  • Appui à l’organisation de divers événements (festivals, performances, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Ecole de commerce / école de communication et marketing
  • Spécialité Industries culturelles et créatives appréciée
  • Connaissance approfondie des réseaux sociaux
  • Appétence pour le montage vidéo, le graphisme et le storytelling
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles
  • Maîtrise de Powerpoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva et d’un logiciel de montage vidéo
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie, créativité, force de proposition
  • Un goût pour l’audio et le monde du livre est un vrai plus
