Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional organizado(a), proativo(a) e com boa comunicação para atuar no atendimento e gestão de clientes na área de planos de saúde.

Principais atividades:

🔹 Atendimento ao cliente

Prestar suporte aos beneficiários por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp; Esclarecer dúvidas sobre cobertura, rede credenciada, carências e utilização do plano; Orientar sobre procedimentos, autorizações e reembolsos.

🔹 Gestão de movimentações cadastrais

Inclusão, exclusão e alteração de beneficiários; Atualização de dados cadastrais junto às operadoras; Conferência de documentos para envio.

🔹 Acompanhamento de implantações

Suporte no processo de implantação de novos contratos; Conferência de propostas e documentação; Acompanhamento de prazos junto às operadoras.

🔹 Intermediação com operadoras

Abertura e acompanhamento de protocolos; Tratativa de negativas de procedimentos e solicitações especiais; Solicitação de segunda análise (excepcionalidades).

🔹 Suporte em faturamento

Conferência de faturas mensais; Apoio na identificação de divergências (valores, vidas, reajustes); Orientação ao cliente sobre cobranças.

🔹 Apoio em reembolsos

Orientar clientes sobre documentação necessária; Acompanhar status de solicitações junto às operadoras.

🔹 Controle e organização

Atualização de planilhas e sistemas internos; Registro de atendimentos e histórico do cliente; Controle de demandas e prazos.

🔹 Suporte comercial (quando necessário)

Apoiar equipe de vendas com informações de clientes ativos; Auxiliar em processos de upgrade, downgrade ou migração de plano.

  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Conhecimento básico em pacote Office.

Diferencial:

  • Conhecimento em planos de saúde e regras da ANS;
  • Experiência prévia com seguros, saúde ou benefícios (saúde e vida).
