A Maple Bear está em busca de profissionais para atuar na Educação Infantil Bilíngue de sua nova unidade em Vitória da Conquista/BA. Buscamos pessoas com interesse no desenvolvimento infantil, boa comunicação e disposição para contribuir com uma proposta educacional inovadora e acolhedora.

A definição entre as posições de Professor(a) Titular e Professor(a) Assistente será realizada pela gestão da escola, considerando a formação acadêmica, a experiência profissional, a proficiência em inglês e a aderência do perfil aos requisitos de cada função.

Principais responsabilidades: - Participar do planejamento e da execução de atividades pedagógicas alinhadas à proposta educacional da escola; - Promover experiências de aprendizagem significativas, respeitando o desenvolvimento e as necessidades das crianças; - Contribuir para a organização e a condução da rotina escolar; - Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos alunos, incentivando sua autonomia e participação; - Apoiar a criação de um ambiente seguro, acolhedor e estimulante; - Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe pedagógica e demais profissionais da escola; - Participar de eventos escolares, reuniões de pais e mestres e demais atividades institucionais; - Contribuir com os registros e as atividades administrativas relacionadas à rotina pedagógica. - As atribuições específicas serão definidas conforme a posição para a qual o(a) profissional for selecionado(a).

- Formação em Pedagogia ou Letras, completa ou em andamento, conforme a posição; - Inglês em nível intermediário, avançado ou fluente, de acordo com os requisitos da função; - Interesse e afinidade com a Educação Infantil; - Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; - Organização, responsabilidade, proatividade e comprometimento com o desenvolvimento infantil.

Para a posição de Professor(a) Titular:

- Formação completa em Pedagogia ou Letras; Inglês fluente; - Experiência prévia em Educação Infantil; - Para profissionais com formação em Letras, é necessário estar cursando Pedagogia ou ter interesse e disponibilidade para iniciar a graduação, conforme alinhamento com a gestão escolar.

Para a posição de Professor(a) Assistente:

- Formação em Pedagogia completa ou em andamento; - Inglês intermediário ou avançado; - Interesse em desenvolver experiência na área educacional, especialmente na Educação Infantil.

Diferenciais: - Experiência em escolas bilíngues; - Vivência em Educação Infantil; - Experiência como auxiliar, assistente ou professor(a) de sala; - Familiaridade com metodologias ativas de aprendizagem; - Experiência em implantação ou estruturação de rotinas escolares.

Perfil desejado Buscamos profissionais comprometidos com a educação, que tenham interesse em contribuir para o desenvolvimento integral das crianças, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e disposição para participar da construção de um ambiente escolar acolhedor, colaborativo e estimulante.

Remuneração e benefícios

- Professor(a) Titular: R$ 42,00 por hora-aula.

- Professor(a) Assistente: R$ 25,00 por hora-aula.

Benefícios previstos: vale-transporte e vale-refeição, sujeitos à confirmação das condições oferecidas pela instituição.
