A Maple Bear está em busca de profissionais para atuar na Educação Infantil – Eixo de Português de sua nova unidade em Vitória da Conquista/BA.

Buscamos profissionais com formação em Pedagogia, interesse pelo desenvolvimento infantil e disposição para contribuir com uma proposta educacional bilíngue, inovadora e acolhedora.

O(a) profissional será responsável por conduzir experiências de aprendizagem em português, abordando diferentes áreas do conhecimento de maneira integrada, lúdica e adequada à faixa etária das crianças, em alinhamento com a proposta pedagógica da escola.

Principais responsabilidades: - Planejar e desenvolver atividades pedagógicas em português, alinhadas à proposta educacional da escola; - Trabalhar conteúdos relacionados à linguagem oral, literatura infantil, matemática, natureza, sociedade, identidade e relações sociais; - Desenvolver experiências de aprendizagem que envolvam noções de tempo e espaço, conhecimentos sobre o ambiente, contagem, quantidades e resolução de problemas; - Estimular a comunicação, a criatividade, a curiosidade, o raciocínio e a autonomia das crianças; - Utilizar brincadeiras, histórias, jogos, projetos e atividades práticas como estratégias de aprendizagem; - Acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos alunos, respeitando suas necessidades e particularidades; - Contribuir para a organização e a condução da rotina escolar, promovendo um ambiente seguro, acolhedor e estimulante; - Trabalhar em parceria com a equipe pedagógica e os demais profissionais da escola; - Participar de reuniões pedagógicas, eventos escolares e encontros com as famílias; - Contribuir com os registros e as atividades administrativas relacionadas à rotina pedagógica.

- Graduação em Pedagogia completa ou em andamento, conforme os critérios definidos pela instituição; - Interesse e afinidade com a Educação Infantil; - Conhecimento sobre desenvolvimento infantil e práticas pedagógicas adequadas à faixa etária; - Boa comunicação oral e escrita em português; - Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe; - Organização, responsabilidade, criatividade, proatividade e comprometimento com o desenvolvimento infantil.

Diferenciais: - Experiência prévia na Educação Infantil; - Vivência como professor(a), auxiliar ou assistente de sala; - Experiência em escolas bilíngues; - Familiaridade com metodologias ativas, aprendizagem por projetos e práticas lúdicas; - Conhecimento sobre alfabetização inicial, literatura infantil e desenvolvimento da linguagem; - Interesse em formação continuada e aperfeiçoamento das práticas pedagógicas.

Perfil desejado: Buscamos profissionais comprometidos com a educação e com o desenvolvimento integral das crianças, que valorizem a aprendizagem por meio de experiências significativas, brincadeiras, interações e descobertas.

É importante ter iniciativa, sensibilidade para lidar com a primeira infância e disposição para trabalhar de forma colaborativa, contribuindo para a construção de um ambiente escolar acolhedor, dinâmico e estimulante.
