Mitä henkilökohtaisen avustajan työ pitää sisällään?

Henkilökohtaisena avustajana työtehtäviäsi ovat asiakkaan avustaminen arjen askareissa, kuten kodinhoidossa, kaupassa käymisessä ja harrastuksissa kodin ulkopuolella. Työ on kiireetöntä ja pääset konkreettisesti parantamaan asiakkaan arkea. Emme odota henkilökohtaisilta avustajiltamme aiempaa kokemusta avustajan työstä, sillä tässä työssä asenne ratkaisee! Työnjohtajana toimii asiakas tai tämän valtuuttama henkilö, työnantajanasi toimii Mehiläinen.

Haemme työntekijöitä pääasiassa arkipäivinä oleviin avustusvuoroihin, koska vuorot määräytyvät asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaisesti. Otamme huomioon työvuoroihin liittyvät toiveesi ja pyrimme aina löytämään avustuskohteet mahdollisimman hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päästä juuri sinulle. Pyrimme myös löytämään jokaiselle työntekijälle pidempiaikaiset tutut avustusasiakkaat. Avustajilta toivomme luotettavuutta ja mahdollisuutta sitoutua avustustyöhön pidempiaikaisesti.

Valtakunnallisena työnantajana voimme tarjota työtä myös muuttuvissa elämäntilanteissa. Hakijalta odotamme täysi-ikäisyyttä, suomen kielen taitoa (vähintään B1), luotettavuutta, oma-aloitteisuutta sekä ystävällistä ja asiakaslähtöistä asennetta. Rekrytointiprosessin edetessä avustajan tulee toimittaa rikosrekisteriote ikääntyneiden ja vammaisten kanssa työskentelyä varten.

Tehtävässä edellytetään Tartuntatautilain 55§:n mukaista tuberkuloosiselvitystä kaikilta, jotka täyttävät THL:n riskikriteerit.

Mehiläinen haluaa pitää huolta henkilöstönsä hyvinvoinnista, sillä meillä mehiläisillä on elämä tehtävänä. Keikkatyösuhteessa saat monipuoliset edut käyttöösi Oma Mehiläinen -sovelluksesta.

Henkilökohtaisen avustajan palkka: yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimuksen G16A palkkaluokan tuntipalkka kokemusvuosista riippuen on 13,20-14,51e/h. Tuntipalkka kokemusvuosien mukaan: 0 v = 13,20 €, 5 v = 13,64 €, 8 v = 14,07 €, 11 v = 14,31. Tuntipalkan lisäksi mahdolliset lisät iltaisin +15 %, öisin +40 %, lauantaisin +25 % ja sunnuntaisin tai pyhänä +100 %. Keikkatyösuhteessa palkan yhteydessä maksetaan lisäksi lomakorvaus, joka on 9 % tuntipalkasta.
