Palveluesihenkilö toimii tulosvastuullisena esihenkilönä nimetylle työterveyshoitajatiimille Mehiläisen arvoja ja johtamiskulttuuria noudattaen. Vastaat tiimisi toiminnan asiakastyytyväisyydestä ja laadusta yhdessä palvelupäällikön ja yksikönjohtajan kanssa. Vastuullasi on palvelutarjonnan organisointi, tehokas henkilöstöresursointi sekä oman tiimisi osaamistason kehittäminen, varmistaminen ja ylläpitäminen.

Onnistut tehtävässä energisellä ja yrittäjähenkisellä työotteella sekä positiivisella ja ratkaisukeskeisellä asenteella, joiden avulla motivoit tiimisi huipputuloksiin. Tehtävä edellyttää erinomaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja sekä nopeaa itsenäistä päätöksentekokykyä. Organisointikyky ja taito priorisoida ovat ehdottomia vahvuuksia tehtävässä toimimiselle. Olet oma-aloitteinen ja joustava tiimin jäsen, jolla on halu kehittyä ja olla mukana kehittämässä. Saat asioita valmiiksi positiivisella me-hengellä ja johdat omalla esimerkillä. Osaat hyödyntää tietoa johtamisesi tukena.

Mehiläisessä on vahva tekemisen kulttuuri, jossa tehty voittaa täydellisen ja johtajuus ei tule titteleillä vaan tekojen kautta. Palveluesihenkilön tehtävässä menestyy henkilö, joka on valmis käärimään hihat ja laittamaan itsensä likoon joukkueen puolesta, mikäli sitä tarvitaan.

Koulutusvaatimuksena tehtävään on terveydenhoitajan ammattikorkeakoulututkinto. Johtamisopinnot ja -kokemus katsotaan tehtävässä eduksi. Osaamisvaatimuksena on vähintään vuoden kokemus esihenkilötyöstä ja useamman vuoden kokemus työterveyshuollon palveluista. Työterveyshuollon pätevöittävä koulutus sekä käytännön työkokemus digitaalisista terveyspalveluista katsotaan tehtävässä eduksi.

Työskentelypaikka tehtävässä on Turku tai Helsinki. Työskentelemme hybridimallin mukaisesti, kyseinen tehtävä sisältää myös säännöllistä matkustamista eri paikkakunnille. Palveluesihenkilönä raportoit tiimin palvelupäällikölle.
