Mihin tulet töihin?

Ykköskoti Hilmari on suunnattu avustamista ja ohjausta tarvitseville aikuisille mielenterveys- ja päihdekuntoutujille sekä kehitysvammaisille. Toimimme valoisissa ja avarissa tiloissa Keuruun keskustan liepeillä, Varissaaressa järven rannalla. Käytössämme on myös iso piha-alue. Kodissamme on paikat kymmenelle kehitysvammaiselle ja 30:lle mielenterveyskuntoutujalle. Meillä työskentelee iloinen joukko monipuolisia alan ammattilaisia.

Mitä pääset tekemään?

Lähihoitajana pääset tekemään jokapäiväistä ohjaus- ja hoitotyötä sekä kehittämään yksikkömme toimintaa yhteistyössä muiden tiimiläisten kanssa. Arkemme on toiminallista ja elämme aktiivista arkea asukkaidemme kanssa.

Kuka sinä olet?

Olet koulutukseltasi lähihoitaja tai opinnoissasi jo jonkun verran edistynyt opiskelija. Joukossamme viihtyy parhaiten positiivisesti asioihin suhtautuva ja oma-aloitteinen henkilö, joka on aidosti kiinnostunut mielenterveys- ja kehitysvammatyöstä. Mielenterveys- ja päihdetyön sekä kehitysvamma-alan osaaminen katsotaan eduksi.

Miksi tulisit meille töihin?

Ykköskoti Hilmarissa pääset osaksi yhteen hiileen puhaltavaa työyhteisöä, jossa tehdään töitä hymy huulilla. Olemme joustava työnantaja ja meillä kaikki saavat osallistua työvuorosuunnitteluun.

Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan. Työ on 3-vuorotyötä ja tehtävän palkkaus on yksityisen TES:n mukainen. Tehtävä on osa-aikainen keikkatyösuhde.

Työ edellyttää tartuntatautilain mukaista rokotesuojaa, tuberkuloosiselvitystä ja salmonellatodistusta sekä voimassa olevaa Suosikki/Terhikki-rekisteröintiä, ammattikorttia ja hygieniapassia.

Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta annetun lain mukaisesti tehtävään valittavien ikääntyvien tai vammaisten henkilöiden kanssa työskentelevien on esitettävä nähtäväksi rikosrekisterilain 6 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitettu rikosrekisteriote.
