The posting

Meitä mehiläisiä on jo lähes 40 000 eikä kahta samanlaista. Yksi asia kuitenkin yhdistää meitä kaikkia - meillä on elämä tehtävänä. Jos tunnet samoin, tule meille töihin.

Haemme Kotipalvelu Mehiläiseen henkilökohtaisia avustajia Kauhavalle osa-aikaisiin keikkatyösuhteisiin arkipäivisin, iltaisin ja viikonloppuisin.

Mitä henkilökohtaisen avustajan työ pitää sisällään?

Henkilökohtaisena avustajana työtehtäviäsi ovat asiakkaan avustaminen arjen askareissa, kuten kodinhoidossa, kaupassa käymisessä ja harrastuksissa kodin ulkopuolella. Työ on kiireetöntä ja pääset konkreettisesti parantamaan asiakkaan arkea. Emme odota henkilökohtaisilta avustajiltamme kokemusta tai aiempaa kokemusta avustajan työstä, sillä tässä työssä asenne ratkaisee! Meillä asiakkaat aidosti arvostavat työtäsi ja antavat positiivista palautetta päivittäin.

Haemme työntekijöitä pääasiassa arkipäivinä oleviin avustusvuoroihin, koska vuorot määräytyvät asiakkaan tarpeiden mukaisesti. Otamme huomioon työvuoroihin liittyvät toiveesi ja pyrimme aina löytämään avustuskohteet mahdollisimman hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päästä juuri sinulle. Pyrimme myös löytämään jokaiselle työntekijälle pidempiaikaiset tutut avustusasiakkaat. Avustajilta toivomme luotettavuutta ja mahdollisuutta sitoutua avustustyöhön pidempiaikaisesti. Valtakunnallisena työnantajana voimme tarjota työtä myös muuttuvissa elämäntilanteissa.

Mehiläinen haluaa pitää huolta henkilöstönsä hyvinvoinnista, sillä meillä mehiläisillä on elämä tehtävänä. Yksi osa henkilöstön huomioimista on erilaiset henkilöstöedut ja Mehiläinen tarjoaakin monipuolisia etuja muun muassa terveyteen, liikuntaan ja hyvinvointiin liittyen sekä alennuksia yhteistyökumppaneidensa palveluista.

Esimerkkejä Mehiläisen henkilöstöeduista:

  • Alennukset yhteistyökumppaneilta esim. LähiTapiola ja Synsam
  • Alennukset vapaa-ajan aktiviteeteista esim. useista liikuntapaikoista

Meillä on käytössä yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimuksen palkkaluokka G16A.

Me mehiläiset jatkamme samaa työtä tänäänkin. Jos tunnet samoin, tule meille töihin. Meillä on elämä tehtävänä.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
