Etsimme nyt kiertävää lähihoitajaa tai sairaanhoitajaa vakituiseen työsuhteeseen Keski-Suomen alueelle!

Tehtävässä toimit tärkeänä apuna paikkaamassa Keski-Suomen yksiköidemme akuutteja tilanteita ja varmistamassa asiakkaillemme laadukkaan sekä turvallisen arjen. Työtehtävät ovat monipuolisia kotihoidon asiakastyön tehtäviä vaihtelevissa ja eläväisissä ympäristöissä. Mehiläisellä pääset osaksi ammattitaitoista ja välittävää työyhteisöä, jossa osaamistasi arvostetaan.

  • Mehiläisen kattavat henkilöstöedut: Käytössäsi ovat muun muassa Epassi-edut, kattava työterveyshuolto sekä laajat henkilöstöalennukset ja -edut.
  • Erillisen korvauksen joustavuudesta: Maksamme kiertävästä työstä tehtäväkohtaisen lisän 200 €/kk peruspalkan lisäksi.

Palkkaus: Työssä noudatetaan yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimusta (muu Suomi). Palkkauksessa huomioidaan kokemusvuodet. Lisäksi tehtävästä maksetaan tehtäväkohtainen lisä 200 €/kk.

  • Lähihoitaja G22 muu Suomi: kokemusvuosista riippuen 2 526,70€ – 2 860,61€ / kk
  • Sairaanhoitaja G24D muu Suomi: kokemusvuosista riippuen 2811,09€ – 3 071,09€ / kk

Mitä odotamme sinulta:

Etsimme tiimiimme ammattilaisia, joilla on vankkaa kotihoidon osaamista sekä pelkäämätöntä ja rohkeaa asennetta tarttua muuttuviin työtilanteisiin, ja toivomme sinulta:

  • Sosiaali- ja terveysalan tutkintoa: Olet valmistunut lähihoitaja tai sairaanhoitaja.
  • Vankkaa kokemusta kotihoidosta, sekä itsenäistä työotetta.
  • Joustavuutta ja kykyä sopeutua nopeasti vaihtuviin tilanteisiin ja työympäristöihin.
  • Voimassa olevia lääkelupia (LOVE) tai valmiutta suorittaa ne heti työsuhteen alussa.
  • B-luokan ajokorttia ja mahdollisuutta liikkua Keski-Suomen alueen yksiköiden välillä.
  • Hyvää suomen kielen taitoa ja asiakaslähtöistä asennetta.

Edellytämme sinulta: Valviran Julkiterhikki-rekisteröintiä, tartuntatautilain 48 §:n mukaista rokotussuojaa, tartuntatautilain 55 §:n mukaista tuberkuloosiselvitystä kaikilta, jotka täyttävät THL:n riskikriteerit. Tarkistamme rikosrekisteriotteen vammaisten ja lasten kanssa työskentelyä varten.
